  • Healthy eating-on-the-run tips – tips on how to navigate the unhealthy temptations that are presented to you on a daily basis.
  • E-mail support between sessions – communicate between sessions, with 48-hour response turn around.
  • Recipes, cooking and meal planning tips – simple, healthy recipes and cooking tips to incorporate into your “Get Healthy & Vibrant” plan.
  • Done-for -You healthy food shopping lists – done for you lists of healthy foods so that you make wise choices in the grocery store.
